PREZ MAHAMA COMMISSIONS KALSOUME SINARE BAFFOE AS GHANA’S AMBASSADOR TO SPAIN

President John Dramani Mahama has officially commissioned Kalsoume Sinare Baffoe as Ghana’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain, reinforcing efforts to deepen diplomatic and cultural relations with Europe.

The ceremony, held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, marked the formal presentation of her credentials ahead of her diplomatic assignment in Madrid.

In his remarks, President Mahama expressed strong confidence in her ability to represent Ghana effectively, particularly in areas such as trade, tourism and cultural diplomacy. He highlighted the importance of strengthening bilateral ties between Ghana and Spain, noting the significant potential for economic cooperation and mutual growth.

Kalsoume Sinare Baffoe, a celebrated figure in Ghana’s creative arts industry, is expected to leverage her public influence and experience to enhance Ghana’s international image and engagement.
