The 18-year-old Frenchman underwent a medical examination in England on Wednesday. He is expected to finalize the contract details on Thursday, with an official announcement of his transfer to follow.

Lille agreed to a €50 million deal with an additional €12 million in add-ons last week, and the club is currently reviewing the paperwork. Manchester United is set to pay over €50 million to outbid Real Madrid, with the player’s approval today. The contract extends until June 2029 with an option for an extra year. The agreement is now in place, with formal steps to be taken. Yoro has informed Real Madrid that they decided not to match United’s offer, leading to Leny’s move to Manchester United.
