Afia Pokua Popularly known as Vim Lady has shaded her colleague Kwame Nkrumah Tikese and Abena Moet for shouting anyhow when any issue comes up saying they do so for favours.
There seems to be a continuation of the brewing animosity and corporate hostility between Vim Lady and Nkrumah Tikesie who all work at Despite Media’s Okay FM.
Nkrumah Tikesie had earlier leveled accusations against Vim Lady for working online.
Speaking on Okay FM and venting, he said Vim Lady had not lived up to expectations and added that Vim Lady had deviated from her core duties at the station. He also claimed that Vim Lady was been paid a huge salary but has decided to be hosting shows like EShow that are out of her mandate.
“Does she know how we have worked hard to put this station on the pedestal? You can not come and be doing things the way you want. Hosting Eshow is out of your mandate. Focus on your duty and make sure you deliver.” he said
The latest episode of Nana Ama McBrown leaving UTV Despite Media has sparked a new fight.
Vim Lady’s latest reaction comes following an attack on Nana Ama McBrown for leaving Despite Media by Kwame Nkrumah Tikesie and Abena Moet.
Felicity Ama Agyemang, professionally known as Nana Ama McBrown joined Onua TV/FM from UTV and Abena Moet and Kwame Nkrumah Tikese decided to take her to the cleaners.
But Vim Lady disagreed with them. Without mentioning their names, Vim Lady described her colleagues as “disciples… always shouting to gain favor from the bosses”.
Vim Lady advised her colleagues to develop “corporate manners” because their action is bad for the image of Despite Media.
She wrote:
A job is a contract to exchange SKILLS/TALENT for SALARY. Nobody is doing anyone any favor by employing them. A contract too can be repudiated or abrogated at any time. The same way, me, Abeiku Santana, Kofi Kum Bilson and Obiyaa left Multimedia to join Despite Media, someone can leave and join another company. It’s just a job. The OWNERS OF DESPITE MEDIA are okay with McBrown but the disciples are always shouting to gain favor from the bosses. Did McBrown not increase our viewership too? Or did you give her the acting talent too?
DO WE SEE FOOTBALL TEAMS ATTACKING PLAYERS WHEN THEY CHANGE TEAMS? My only advice to McBrown is, there are bad colleagues and imperfect systems everywhere so stop granting interviews about your former employers👂 Take it from someone who has spent over 20 years in this industry and just Shine Your Eyes and Enjoy Your New Job because “emmre yenni nka so”.
This attack by some Despite Media workers is not cool and gives us a BAD CORPORATE IMAGE🤫
